Once a sale has been confirmed, we will need the physical paperwork to be sent into the office. Once we have received the paperwork, we will send it off to the DVLA to confirm all of the paperwork is in order and for it to be processed. We usually receive the paperwork back within 21 working days and issue payment within 24 hours of receiving the documents back from the DVLA.
If your registration was on a vehicle, you will receive your new Log Book from the DVLA a few days before we receive our documents.
